Professor Louise Burke

Louise is generally recognised as one of the biggest names in sports nutrition. Louise was Team dietitian for the Australian Olympic teams in 6 Olympic Games. Louise is a Member of Nutrition Working Group of International Olympic Committee and director of the IOC Diploma in Sports Nutrition. Her work combines world class research with world class work at the coalface of sports nutrition. The goal of her research is to find practical nutrition strategies that athletes and coaches can use to achieve optimum performance. In 2014, she was appointed the chair in sports nutrition, Mary MacKillop Institute for Health Research at the Australian Catholic University, Melbourne. Louise continues to lead sports nutrition in the world.
