Dr Therese Mathisen
Therese Mathisen is an associate professor in the department of nursing, health and laboratory science and Østfold University. After obtaining her MSc in sports nutrition, Theresa completed her PhD at the Norwegian School of Sport Science. Her PhD focused on physical activity and dietary therapy in women with bulimia nervosa or binge eating disorder. Theresa's current work is around the prevention and treatment of eating disorders. Theresa is also the owner of 'TheMaNutrition'.
