Iñigo Mujika
Iñigo has spent his career researching and applying periodisation in various sports. Iñigo's research interest are in applied sport science and include training method and recovery, tapering, detraining and overtraining. He was a senior physiologist at the Australian Institute of Sport. Iñigo has more than 80 publications behind his name and has worked with a large number of elite athletes from swimmers to triathletes to cyclists. He worked with a pro cycling team from the basque country and the biggest Basque soccer team: Athletico Bilbao.
