Professor Graeme Close

Graeme Close is a Professor of Human Physiology at Liverpool John Moores University where he is the programme leaders for the MSc in Sport Nutrition. Graeme is also nutrition consultant to England Rugby, Everton FC and Nottingham Forest. Graeme is the Head of Performance Nutrition to the European Tour Gold, the Lawn Tennis Association and several world class athletes.

Dr Dan Owens

Daniel Owens is a reader in cellular and molecular exercise physiology, with research skills spanning in vitro models of muscle to human in vivo randomised controlled trials and advanced omics techniques.. Daniel is also an applied sport nutritionist with SENR academic associate status and has provided nutrition support for athletes in professional football, rugby, triathlon and formula 1.
