Francis Holway

Francis is a Sports Dietitian with an MSc in Nutritional Science. Francis is based in Buenos Aires Argentina also the home of Club Atlético River Plate, where he worked as a nutritionist. He also worked with The Argentianian and Mexican football teams, the Blackhawks and many other high profile teams. Francis has specialised in body composition and anthropometry. He has always been fascinated by the limitations of body size in various sports and the ability and in some cases the inability of the body to change or adapt. He has also been investigating plant based diets in detail.
